Frank H. Fulton Sr. Indoor Batting Facility
The Frank H. Fulton Sr. Indoor Batting Facility serves as a dedicated training ground for Averett University student-athletes. Spanning 5,500 square feet, this facility is situated on Averett's North Campus, located beyond the center field fence of the baseball stadium, Owen-Fulton Field. Featuring turf flooring, the facility accommodates two extended netted batting cages, one short cage, and two pitching mounds, enabling student-athletes to engage in year-round training. Moreover, an open area at the facility's rear allows baseball and softball players to refine individual techniques when not utilizing the batting cages. Beyond baseball and softball, the men's golf program also utilizes the facility during the offseason.

Cougar Field is the designated home ground for the Averett University softball program, situated within the school's North Campus. This 1.0-acre ballpark and practice facility offer the Cougars their own dedicated space. The field, constructed in 1998, boasts natural grass and dimensions of 210 feet down the lines and 225 feet to center field. Key amenities include home and visitor dugouts, multiple soft-toss nets, a press box, and bleacher seating, complemented by a hillside seating area for spectators. Additionally, seating is available to the right side of the home dugout and the left side of the visitor dugout.

Owen-Fulton Field stands as the home base for the Averett University baseball team, nestled within the school's North Campus. Spanning 2.75 acres, this ballpark and practice facility provide the Cougars with their own dedicated space. The natural grass field is renowned as a pitcher's park, boasting dimensions of 335 feet down the lines, 380 feet to the gaps, and 400 feet to center field. Accommodations include home and visitor dugouts, an indoor batting facility, two outdoor batting cages, a press box, as well as bleacher and hillside seating. Ahead of the 2012 season, Owen-Fulton Field underwent significant enhancements, including the installation of a cutting-edge LCD inning-by-inning scoreboard in right-center field, and the outfitting of the outfield fence with a navy blue windscreen featuring yellow piping. Moreover, the Frank Fulton Indoor Batting Facility, situated just beyond center field, offers two batting cages, one short cage, and two pitching mounds, providing additional training resources for the team.

Daly Field at Frank R. Campbell Stadium, situated on Averett University's North Campus, serves as a versatile outdoor athletic facility hosting the Averett football, men's soccer, women's soccer, and men's and women's lacrosse teams. Originally known as the Cougar Den, Daly Field underwent a transformation in the summer of 2014, transitioning to state-of-the-art turf and lighting. Construction on Frank R. Campbell Stadium commenced in December 2015 and concluded in August 2016. The new stadium boasts a three-story press box featuring amenities such as a president's suite, working media area, coaches boxes, and filming stations. The facility encompasses a concession stand, restrooms, and permanent bleacher seating for over 1,200 spectators. The visitor's side, formerly the home side, showcases a tiered seating arrangement, providing fans with an optimal viewing experience from their preferred vantage point. The stadium's natural bowl landscape offers a distinctive perspective from every angle. At one end of the field lies Averett's football fieldhouse, housing the team's locker rooms, coaches' offices, two classrooms, and weight room.

The E. Stuart James Grant Convocation and Athletic Center, inaugurated in the fall of 1998, spans 55,863 square feet. It serves as the administrative hub for Averett coaches and staff members. Nestled within the Grant Center, the university's primary athletics complex, are classrooms utilized by the Department of Physical Education, along with 12 locker areas for Cougar teams and their adversaries, complemented by a fitness room. The athletic training room caters to the treatment and injury prevention needs of Averett's 300-plus student-athletes. Within the Grant Center arena, Averett's men's and women's basketball teams, as well as the Cougars' volleyball squad, call home. The facility boasts retractable bleachers accommodating over 2,500 Averett supporters encircling the main court. Additionally, two synthetic full-length basketball and volleyball courts flanking the wooden main court provide practice space or supplementary competition areas during tournaments. Besides hosting Averett athletics events, the Grant Center also welcomes a myriad of high school and youth tournaments, graduations, trade shows, and other community events.
